Scope of the Franchise Opportunity

By combining the talents of your business skills, understanding and success along with the Salon Advantage Management Program, we can offer a business improvement package unique to the Hairdressing and Beauty Industry’s. The program is delivered by way of face-to-face visits in-salon combined with phone coaching to clients for maximum results in their business. This can be achieved through a continuous training program undertaken by Salon Advantage Coaches in order to deliver to salons throughout Australia.

To ensure the success of such an undertaking we suggest the following:

√ To train you in how to coach the program using the coaching format lay
down in the Salon Advantage Coaching Workshop. This workshop is
conducted  in Sydney over a 4 day duration with ongoing training
and support in the state you would be working the franchise, this would
be delivered by Gita McKenna program creator and ongoing support
and training offered by way of phone coaching and delivery of sell in
business sessions on a local level by the State Coaching Franchisee
√ The training of our coaching team is outcome focused, and utilises a highly
formatted approach to building business with our franchisees. It is a
requirement that all our coaches uphold this approach when coaching our
clients.
