The latest developmental projects undertaken by Gita has been setting up franchise systems and tools for numerous master franchises nationally utilising the proven tools that are included in Salon Advantage and Beauty Advantage Management Programs. Performance Plus Training Academy is excited to have implemented Salon Advantage resources into many Colleges of TAFE in Australia and the Polytech Colleges in New Zealand as a resource tool to deliver units of competencies to our young hairdressers National Training Package. We are launching the Diploma in Hairdressing Salon Management (WRH50100) training plan and assessment record in access format for personalised delivery and assessment by associated hairdressing colleges. This quantifies the real tools included in our business coaching programs. Professional Project Coaching is an area of expertise at which Gita excels. Working closely with De Lorenzo Hair and Cosmetic Research she has coached the management team for the past 3 years in which the company has seen its highest growth period, a 30% increase each year. Throughout this time Gita also assisted De Lorenzo in a full review and restructure of their Technical Department to ensure up to date structure and systems were implemented for maximum client servicing satisfaction.
