Seriously now, you have been a great asset to our business over the past 8 months. 

As business owners, you are always hesitant to have someone come in and look at your business and tell you some home truths that you are not perhaps prepared for...

But, we have to say that you have given us the inspiration and the push that we needed to offer our clients “the wow factor” when it comes to customer service!

We have our ups and downs like all businesses, but you were always there to listen to our woes and give constructive advice, you gave us the will to continue when the going got tough!  

The team at Creative Heads keep asking us when you are coming back to do more training, they actually miss your monthly training sessions.  You listened to them and gave them the tools to be able to look at the client’s actual experience in the salon, from their viewpoint – outside in, not inside out. 

We will dearly miss you and think of you as one of the team, we hope to stay in touch and let you know how our percentage re-book, retail figures and client retention is going.
