Jacqui Forrester of Salon Advantage has been working with my team, Hairess, The Hairdressing Professionals and myself for 6 months now.

It is great to have someone who has experience in the hairdressing industry and small business to be able to guide me through the systems to building a successful business.

As a business owner, knowing the correct stats and figures for the industry is crucial and with the Salon Advantage systems to see how much potential you and your team has to building a busy salon.

With Jacqui being part of the team, it’s great for me to have one on one meetings to bounce ideas off and to see the progress of the systems being implemented. For my team, the group sessions really get them fired up and motivated to reach their targets, it also means they have someone else to discuss the industry and salon prospective with to see a different view from someone outside the salon.

With having the systems and the coaching from Jacqui it is great as you implement them straight away. I have used other systems and it’s hard to understand them or to make sure you are on the right track as you’re by yourself, with Jacqui and Salon Advantage she is only a phone call or email away.
