Session 3 Marketing Your Business

Session 3 2 hours

This session will help you identify what to promote specific to your business. A Salon Marketing Plan template will be given to help you understand the importance of forward planning your promotions.

Why wait til you are thirsty before you dig for water? Set your marketing plan in place now for 2009 and beyond.

Marketing can be a mind field if you are not aware of what you want it to do for your business. We will cover areas that you need to be aware of when setting up promotions to ensure they get the clients, promote the most profitable services and that your team are enrolled to drive the promotion when clients come to your salon.

In particular we will actively workshop the following topics as a group:

Identifying the times of year you need to market your business
Teach you how to set up a Marketing Plan from one of our
Salon Advantage Tools which highlights not only when to do the
promotion, yet what you need to promote for maximum return
Share with you some proven ideas about how to work out the
services you need to promote, the most profitable services of course
How to enrol your team so the promotion is driven when clients come to
your salon
We will explain how much to invest in marketing and how to work out the
return on the money you spend

You will walk away from this session with a clear understanding what tools you need to tap into to forward plan your promotions and make sure they work to return you maximum profits.

Marketing is not rocket science, it is however an area that needs a clear objective when you are spending money to generate more clients, more sales and ongoing growth for your business.

This session will open your eyes to the time effective strategies to grow your business and utilise your marketing dollars for maximum return.
