This session covers ways to empower your team to become Managers with Initiative consistently. We all see how figures and morale improves when training sessions or meetings are held in the salon, so it makes sense to have a system to do these continuously. It is not the responsibility of the owner or manager to always be the one delivering the information.

I learned so much from my first year apprentices over the years, just by empowering them with the responsibility of delivering a team meeting based on their perspective of what works particularly well for them to get the results.

Motivation within your team is a system and is something that once it gathers momentum you are no longer the driver, your team drives it themselves. We will show you some simple ideas on what to do to get the momentum rolling in your salon. We will also show you how to conduct effective team meetings and enrol your team in delivering a section of it, keeping the meetings positive and to the point so everyone gets something out of it and everyone’s time is valued.

True profits are revealed when your team morale is high and everyone knows their goals with a plan on what they need to do to achieve it. It really is that simple….
