Session 6 Junior Team Member Education
Session 6 3 hours
This session is a dynamic way of ensuring our industry standards are upheld right from the first education our Junior Team Members receive in salon. This is forward to basics training to teach you how to educate your Junior Team Members in salon.
We encourage you to send your Managers and Potential Team Leaders to this session as it is a step by step process of understanding the psychology of learning and how to impart your knowledge to the next generation hairdresser.
In particular we will actively workshop the following topics as a group:
√ Teaching your team the hairdressing basics using an outline that has
educated many thousands of Junior Team Members nationally
√ Basic technical skills will be explained and how to best impart your
knowledge
√ Getting the basic communication skills within the salon clear from the start,
simple tips to do this
“What you Accept you Teach”, so it’s important to get it right, the first time.
You will have a clear understanding of how to tap into the psychology of learning to ensure the message you are imparting is understood by the Team Member you are educating.
This session will show you how to maximise your down time in the salon and set training sessions to become valuable education time with both your Junior Team Members right through to New Senior Stylists. Why leave it to chance that a new team member is going to deliver the same high standard of service you work so hard to uphold.
You will receive notes to refer to later as well as work through practical examples on how to set up your business so it’s profitable from day one.
