Catherine is my Salon Advantage Coach and has brought a wealth of knoweldge and experience of other Business's/ Industries with her.

When I have been discussing my needs and aims with her, she has introduced me to ideas from outside my environment but that I can utilize.

She has been empathetic but also very zealous in encouraging me to categorize & prioritize the myriad of issues and map my pathway forward. After 25 years in haridressing, 15 of them as a salon owner, I had alot of knoweldge and experience but obviously was floundering in it all.

After my sessions with Catherine I feel uplifted and have a a "To Do" list. Normally this list would probably remain a "To Do" list, but Catherine contacts me to keep my vision attainable and then helps me to recognise my next vision to work towards.

She has been able to communicate my plans and visions to my staff and to make them aware of the parts they have in the process so that we are now forged into a team. Each time I reach one vision and envisage the next, I am grateful that I was led to catherine who has helped me to become empowered.
